At Slush 2025, I led video production for Google through my agency 5 ALIVE MEDIA. Three days across Helsinki – drone flights at dawn, back-to-back interviews, and everything in between – all produced to meet the standards of one of Europe’s biggest tech stages.
I offer half-day and full-day rates for both shooting and editing.
If you have a fixed budget and it sounds like your project might exceed it then I am happy to make suggestions on how the cost could be reduced. My rate card is available upon request, and if you are interested in making a series of films then a bulk discount might be possible.

I cover a wide range of events — corporate conferences, product launches, brand activations, gala dinners, award ceremonies, weddings, and private celebrations. Whether it’s a high-stakes keynote for 2,000 attendees or an intimate 50-person dinner, the approach is always the same: clean storytelling, strong visuals, and zero disruption to your event flow.
Both. For most events I work as a solo operator — agile, discreet, and able to move freely throughout the venue. For large-scale productions requiring multiple cameras, dedicated audio, or a full team, I bring in my agency 5 ALIVE MEDIA. We’ve handled full-crew productions for international conferences and global brand campaigns — whatever scale your event demands, we have it covered.
Every project is scoped individually, but a standard event package typically includes a highlight reel (2–4 min) edited for social and web, key speaker or interview segments, and b-roll footage for internal or marketing use. All footage is shot in 4K, colour-graded, and delivered in formats ready for any platform. Drone footage can be added where permitted.
For corporate events and conferences, 4–8 weeks in advance is ideal. For weddings, 3–6 months is recommended, especially during peak season (May–September). That said, I do take last-minute bookings when my schedule allows — don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon.
Yes — I’m a certified drone pilot for both standard and FPV drones, and I handle all necessary permits for outdoor flights in Copenhagen and across Denmark. For venues with airspace restrictions, I coordinate with the venue and authorities ahead of time. Indoor drone flights are possible in larger spaces — I’ll assess the venue and advise during our pre-production call.
Absolutely. Copenhagen is my main base but I’m regularly on location across Scandinavia, Europe, and internationally. Travel costs are discussed transparently during the quoting process — no surprises. If your event is outside Denmark, reach out with the details and I’ll put together a tailored proposal.
Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after the event, depending on scope. If you need a same-day or next-day highlight cut for social media or internal comms, this can be arranged in advance as a fast-track add-on — just flag it early so we can plan accordingly.
Yes. Every booking is confirmed with a clear service agreement covering deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and payment terms. This protects both sides and keeps expectations aligned from day one. For corporate clients, I’m fully comfortable working within your company’s legal review process.
